Zachy's owie

Whenever Beau comes home, there is utter pandemonium. Kids come flying from all directions, yelling and pushing to get to their Daddy first. I always tell them to stop pushing, because someone is going to get hurt. Well, unfortunately my prophecy finally came true one day. Everett and Zachy were running next to each other, and Everett gave Zachy a push, and sent his head into the corner of the wall. There wasn't much damage done to the wall, but Zachy's forehead, well, you be the judge. Once the bleeding stopped, and Beau played Doctor and cleaned it up, it didn't look too bad. He didn't pass out, and the cut wasn't deep or big, so Beau put a band aid on it, and Zachy was good as new.

Here he is, watching "Cars" with everyone later that night. We had to protect him from himself. He uses his head as a battling ram, so we had to constantly stop him from opening the cut up again.

Abi, on the other hand was a complete mess. She saw the blood, and started sobbing. She didn't want us to take him to the doctor, and she kept asking if he was OK. She wouldn't come in the room where we were taking care of him. She stayed on the couch crying her eyes out. It was very sweet to see how concerned she was for her little brother. I think she cried more than Zachary.
