Beau took some time off work, so we decided to go to the Science Museum. We had originally planned on going back in February for Everett's birthday, however Mother Nature threw us 2 blizzards back to back which prevented us from leaving our house on his birthday, much less going to play at the Science Museum.
Helping some "food" pass through the digestive track. There were speakers underneath the table that would occasionally making burping and flatulence noises. All the kids thought it was hilarious.
Trying to put Mr. Bones back together. I think there were some pieces missing.
Our future astronaut!
The famous tug-of-war. There is a rope attached to either side of a lever. One rope is attached at the base, the other is attached at the top. Each team tries to pull the lever over to their side to make the light bulb light up. Of course, it's much easier for those pulling on the side where the rope is attached at the top. It took Beau a few tries to figure out why it was so difficult to win against a whole bunch of little kids. It was quite amusing to see a group of 10 little kids winning against 5 grown men. It's all about leverage.
