Happy Birthday to Me!

I love to eat cheesecake. It has been my favorite type of cake since as long as I can remember. Because I love it so much, I only have it on my birthday. (Unless we go to the Cheesecake Factory!) I look forward to making a new flavor every year for my birthday. This year I tried to duplicate the Red Velvet Cheesecake I had at the Cheesecake Factory. I found a recipe, and went for it. It was huge!

 It looked so pretty, I couldn't wait to eat it!

 Of course I have to share with my family. Sometimes they like it, sometimes they don't. Abi enjoyed this one.  There are always plenty of leftovers, and they don't last very long. This is why I usually only have it once a year. :)
