Having Fun

Beau had fond memories of playing catch with his Dad, and he wanted to share that with his kids. He enjoyed going to the store and picking out gloves for everyone. It might take a while for the "fond memories" to kick in, but I think everyone had a great time.
Abi's great friend, Eva, participated in track as well. The day that the track team had pictures, I took my camera instead of paying an arm and a leg for the "professional" pictures.
The kids all had a great attitude about track, and the coaches were encouraging to those that were willing to work. Abi had a great first experience with it, and looks forward to having another chance to run track in the future.
We had our good friends, the Jenkins family come for a visit before we moved from Maryland. Abi loves it, because their two oldest girls are right around her age. We visited the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore.

Sariah had fun playing with their youngest boy, who was just a few months older than she was.
I went to a few garage sales looking for toys to keep the kids occupied on our long journey to Texas. I couldn't pass up the costumes for the girls. At a dollar a piece, they were a great deal!

I love to bake. One day I made brownies, granola, and bread. The house smelled so yummy!
