Abi attended another track meet. This time, it was raining. Everett also made a great sign that said "Go Abi Go!" to help encourage her. He is such a nice brother!
This time Abi ran the 1500M, which took it out of her! She barely had enough steam at the end. She was happy with her performance. Once she recovered, she was ready for the 400M. Now this was more her race! She started and finished strong.
This was every mother's nightmare come true. An ambulance driving onto the track at the end of an event! Thankfully, it wasn't for a child. During the High School girls 1500M, the Masters men ran as well. One of them ran a bit too hard. :)
