Our ward Christmas party this year was a lot of fun! It was breakfast with Santa. The food was breakfast casserole, bacon, muffins, fruit, and juice. In addition to the yummy food, were crafts. Beau headed up a snowflake making table, the Primary was in charge of reindeer
candy canes. Everett didn't need the
candy cane, he made a reindeer out of pipe cleaners! The Relief Society was in charge of cookie decorating - a huge hit with kids of all ages!

And of course, SANTA! Eliza and her friend Clara weren't sure what to think of the jolly man in a red suit. Even though
Abi, Everett, and
Zachy know that he's just a man pretending to be Santa, they still sat on his lap. They wanted the bag of goodies!

The month of December was our ward's turn to clean the building, and Beau volunteered us to clean the same Saturday as our ward party. So when it was all over, we had the opportunity to help make our building shine. I take the kids with me, and put them to work cleaning the windows.

By the time we got home, we were all tired. Eliza went right to bed. I tried to convince Zachary to go to bed, but he wouldn't go. Instead, he curled up on the dining room floor to take his nap.
